They keep listing their hours as 24hrs. They are not open 24Hs. Don't come out this way depending on getting gas in the middle of the night. You will be stranded.

if you have a problem with your employees take it outside take it to the office do not sit in the back of the store on a holiday weekend yelling at said employees. embarrassing the employee and yourself as management for that kind of behavior for the public eye to see. very classless and distasteful. get it together gratis.

All new pumps with an extra diesel pump added. If you go inside and pay with cash they will take 3 cents off a gallon.

got a s***** today from the gratis shell station and it smelled bad so i ended up throwing it away but i started to feel pretty sick so i checked the wrapper and that s***** expired on march 4, 2018!! absolutely disgusting.

Key pad on pumps doesn't work, so you can't use your phone number for rewards. No paper in the receipt printer. And even after swiping credit card you have to wait for someone inside to activate pump and it literally took 3 minutes.

NEVER USE THE SHELL STATION IN EATON OHIO. They are scammers and thieves. A $25 gift card was purchased for my husband for his birthday in June. He recently tried to use it and was told by an employee named Candy at the station that it was no good. He showed her the receipt and that it was purchased at THAT station. She said there was nothing she could do. So I called the number on the back of the card. I was told that the card was not activated at time of purchase. So I call
