Rude staff. Have shipped something out 2 times and both times staff was rude. Act like it’s horrible to have to answer a question about shipping boxes and act like I should already know the answer. Work on your customer service! It’s not that hard to smile and answer a question.

Very rude staff. She gave me the wrong mail envelope and asked me to pay for it without understanding my request. They think I could not rip off the stamp I had just put on and put it back on the new envelope. But they couldn't explain why I couldn't do it. Stamps will be crossed out or stamped if they have already been used. Then why can't these brand new stamps be reused? Then a man with glasses and hair came out and asked me if I talk like the same way to my professor. I was confused and puzzled. What does this have to do with my professor? My professor has the ability to patiently explain things in his profession, unlike your service, which is unfriendly, unpatiently, rude, and unfamiliar with the business.
All in all, I wish Granville had a better mailing service. These people are really rude and impatient. Very bad experience, I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Quite possibly the worst customer service, and most hostile people I have ever come across in a post office. If you’re looking to get a passport or a passport renewal, I suggest going somewhere else. I consider myself a patient person, it took me going in there three separate times for the same service to finally get upset. I’ve never been somewhere where they charge $35 as a service fee when they don't answer the questions you have or lead you in the right direction. I love Granville so much and am simply disappointed that i'll have to travel outside of town to do any of my other post office needs now.

Since we did not have any luck with fertility clinics in the states because she was over 50, Baby Girl decided she was going to fly to Zürich and try the 360 center. In a rush she forgot the documents she needed, the post office went above and beyond and got the exact postage and assured me the documents would get there safe. I can’t thank them enough highly recommend this place.

The mail in Granville is rarely delivered in a timely fasion. Things are just lost in the mail constantly. It takes months to get important mail like checks, bills, renewals, etc. AVOID USING THE USPS IN GVILLE AT ALL COSTS RIGHT NOW.

Very efficient. No lines, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I mailed 3 packages, and picked up a passport application. Nice knowledgeable staff. Nice building too.

Horrible delivery. How they can lose and incorrectly deliver so many items is mind-boggling. About a week ago (April 30, 2021), I got my weekly Granville Sentinel in the mail. As I was reading it, I was confused about the police reports from September and October. Then an article about local pastors and their Christmas Eve sermons. What???? So I checked the date-December 24, 2020. Delivered 4 months late from literally a mile down the road. I’m incredulous.
