I purchased a Kubota tractor off of Facklers last year. I had an insurance claim last May and was supposed to have a new bucket to replace the one that was damaged. I have called Facklers 6 different times over the last 6 months asking for the bucket that has already been paid for by the insurance company. Every time I call I am told they will check into it and get back to me. Twice I have talked with George, the owner!!! I have yet to get a call back and no one seems to know where my bucket is. However, I talked with Lucas today and he tells me it will be June before I receive my bucket and that if I have a problem with it I can talk with the owner. I am so tired of dealing with these people! They have two buckets in stock but they have been promised to other people. I want my damn bucket and then I am done dealing with Facklers. I will travel wherever I need to go to find a Kubota dealer that will treat me with respect and help me take care of my tractor. I would not recommend Facklers to anyone!!!
