We have been exploring the possibility of moving to the Granville area for several months. We ran into Jared at an open house and have been in steady contact over the last 2 months. He is very thoughtful and detailed individual and we have had a wonderful experience with him guiding our search throughout Granville. My wife and I were actually referred to the agency where Jared works, and we’re so thankful Jared was the one who called us back after leaving our information for someone to reach out to us.Jared was at all times a consummate professional, yet still was sharp enough to mirror our more laid back and and even silly at times approach to house hunting. His background as a financial analyst often came in handy, and his practical approach to the positives AND negatives of each home never left us feeling uncomfortable or like he was being pushy. Jared was never “too experienced or too knowledgeable” to assume he knew everything we wanted, and made sure to keep asking questions along the way to better understand our needs.As far as the actual buying process, Jared was constantly (yet comfortably) checking in at every point to set proper next steps and expectations without ever rushing us. We always felt like every step was explained well, and we knew what we were doing at least most of the time. When we didn’t, we never felt dumb asking questions and Jared was always respectful and kind in answering questions and getting answers to things he didn’t know himself.We felt 100% comfortable with Jared throughout the entire buying process and would absolutely recommend him to our closest friends and family. He was so personable, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process… we would now even consider him a friend.
