We were there yesterday talking over color options to paint our deck, and Vanessa overheard and interrupted with questions. We are so glad she did!! She is a wealth of knowledge, and went above and beyond to inform us of all the steps necessary to paint the deck, even gave us some samples to make choosing colors easier. She also overheard us talking about painting the shutters, and told us about a certain kind of paint that works best with vinyl. WE LOVE VANESSA! If all employees were as good as she, the world would be a better place.”

“Talk with the manager John on the phone to get help with a pick up order that was sent to the wrong place. We talked to him for about 5 min as he assessed the situation. After our initial call he told us he would make some calls to see what he could figure out. He called us back in 5 mins and told us he had taken care of our problem and got our orders moved to the correct store. He was very polite and worked very quickly to resolve our issue, his customer service is at a level all businesses should strive for thanks again John”
