Very professional yet small hometown feel / great fellow teller camaraderie. Glad my manager asked that I stop by.

The quality of my experience at this Chase branch has been second to none. Jody, Stephanie, and Jeff are always incredibly helpful and happy to work with me. I recommend them without reservation

Small branch and sometimes difficult to find parking, but very convenient to have in Granville. Nice Staff, very courteous.

TERRIBLE THEY POSTED HOURS AND SAID ON THEIR RECORDING AT THE BRANCH OPEN TILL 2 PM ON SATURDAY AND CLOSED AN HOUR BEFORE THAT. THAT MAKES MY RENT TRANSACTION LATE BECAUSE CHASE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY AND 50 MORE ON MY RENT FOR ONE DAY LATE. CHASE IS STUPID AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT LYING TO EVERYONE AND TAKING MONEY OF YOURS AND MINE AND BLOWING IT.DON'T TRUST CHASE BANK THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS LET ALONE TAKE CARE OF MONEY!!

The people here are very nice. They always address issues quickly and genuinely want to help. That said, Chase creates lots of issues. Every few months they tack on a monthly fee, I contest it, and the Granville people fix it.

When I had to make an account for when I was moving to Texas, my family member said come right over and I could go sign up. They let someone else in and they only had one worker for this thing. Heck park national could have done many more people with all the rip workers open. Sadly no park national in Texas. Nice Chase workers once I finally got in to make my account. Average stars for waiting awhile and while comparing availability to Park National across the street.

I opened an account with them because two of my good friends recommended them. I was about to leave for the UK/Europe to go travelling for a long time, as I informed them. The woman told me she would place a travel notification on my account so I wouldn't have any problems using my debit card over here and at first this proved true. Then on New Year's in Edinburgh it suddenly stopped working. Now I can't use it to purchase anything at the moment. Did they forget about the travel notification? Are they 'playing parent' and decided I was spending too much money? What happened to the travel notification? I am extremely frustrated and unless this is resolved within the next week I will take my money elsewhere. I know fraud is a major problem for a lot of banks and people, but wasn't that the point of the travel notification. They can expect to hear my angry voice over the phone MANY times until they sort this b******* out.
