Updating my because I realized I never put any detail into it.Dr. Morris and all the staff are exceptional. Our cat, Rufus, was really well taken care of for many years, including grooming and boarding services.Dr. Morris and the staff were extremely caring and gave us all the necessary information to help with our decisions when he got to his final weeks. They did their best to help him in his last hours and give us time to say goodbye to him.When it came the time to pick up his remains, Dr Morris had even written a really kind note and something to remember him.When the time comes to have another pet, I will have no hesitation of where to choose for the best care.

I can't say enough nice things about this practice! To start Dr. Morris won't give up on your pet, she did everything she could to help us comfort our sweet Pumba during his cancer journey and when we had to say our goodbyes they treated him with the utmost care. Everyone there was amazing with him and treated him just like family.Our dog Louie has stranger danger (fear aggression) so I brought up my concerns with bringing him in for a check up. A plan was made to help make the whole appointment as stress free as possible. The staff put so much effort into accommodating him and the appointment went so smoothly that I won't hesitate to bring him back for anything else. Even while he was growling at Dr. Morris she was telling him how he was a sweet boy. I was very happy with his treatment there.My senior dog Toki recently had surgery at the clinic to remove a mass in his mouth and I was very concerned about putting him under anesthesia as he had a horrible experience at another clinic. However I still chose to do the surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results. He was up and eating the same day after the surgery and the next day he was back to his normal self. The staff took amazing care of him and kept in contact with me to let me know how he was doing while he was there. I am so thankful for the care that they have provided to all of my pets (we have cats as well) and highly recommend them to everyone that is looking for a caring vet that has your pets care in mind.

I was very nervous to take my dog to a new Vet but had a wonderful experience. We had a quick diagnosis and treatment plan in place for our senior dog. Dr. Morris Was very friendly and explained our results in an easy to understand way.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for Dr. Morris and her team. She cared for our dog, Sydney, for the majority of her life. Dr. Morris gave us answers and helped extend Sydney's time with us and a better quality. When it was time for Sydney to leave us, the whole office took care of her and us.

Dr. Morris and her staff are excellent. We have taken our dogs here for 16 years now. They are so caring, kind and competent. I personally would not take my pets anywhere else.

Took our corgi Pablo here the week after Xmas. We called 11 other vets and no one has openings or were " observing" the holiday all week, which seems ridiculous. Fit us in right away, Dr and staff were awesome, very knowledgeable and caring. I really appreciate making the time for us when others wouldn't or couldn't. He is all better now. Prices were very fair, all around great experience.

The Animal Care Center at Granville is so kind to their patients and owners as well. They really make an effort with excellent care to bring pets back to a healthy situation. I highly recommend them for the wonderful treatment of my cat's diabetes and encourage area residents to make them a care point for theirfurr-babies. The entire staff is very friendly.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. They did Reese (crème and white) surgery and was well taken care of.Adopted Ellena and vet was very professional about her health. Tysm for your professionalism

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! if i could post this with 0 stars i would. I have never in my life been somewhere more unprofessional. Dr.Morris is the rudest person i’ve ever taken my dog to. The prices are insane since they’re a small business. Would rather pay that much for an actual animal hospital where we know he’s actually going to be taken care of. They care more about their feelings than they do your pet, and will play victim when called out. If you care for your pets drive right on pace this place.

I was very hesitant to switch to a new vet but I am so glad I did! All of the staff were so nice and helpful! Very thorough with the exam and explained everything in good detail! I feel the price for everything was good. They didn't do any unnecessary tests or treatments! I will definitely be coming back here for now on!Thank you so much ladies! You were wonderful!
