“I wanted to share a personal story about a recent trip to visit my daughters who are students at The Ohio State University. This story has nothing to do with my experience with U-Haul’s business, but instead an individual who represents them. While driving to Columbus, I experienced car issues and ended up with my car stalled at a major intersection off the exit ramp of a highway. There was no help around and I walked about a mile down the road and saw a U-Haul business on Wilson Road (Columbus, OH). I walked up to a man working outside and asked him if he could help direct me where I might find assistance. “Bill” was extremely helpful and understanding and helped me get back on the road. I was not there to do business and it was great to see someone’s simple random act of kindness to assist a stranger - Thanks Bill! You made my day and are a great representation of U-Haul!”

“Tonya was amazing during the check in process and has continued to be of great support. I feel safe while in the halls of my temp controlled unit and appreciate the app gate opening option. My money complaint is the cost going up less than 3 months in to the rental and it was a surprising increase. I no longer need this size unit I am renting here but do need a smaller one. I have chosen to move to a different storage location and company only due to the price. This staff and location are professional and will do what they can to help.”

After I gave a good reference, things went downhill afterwards, Brandon had left the Job, and Maria had her lock on my storage, I locked my storage before I left, found broke lock at the blue door by my storage unit, she tried to say there was no lock , but it was locked when I had left that unit. Moved me from 489 because of water damage to 257 unit, then storage was broken to a, I believe there are people living in storage units there.”
