What an experience!I asked Colin to put together a great evening for a party of 8 foodies to celebrate my wife's birthday. Colin took care of everything with minimal input from me. Levi served us excellent cocktails at the bar upon arrival, after which we hung out on the patio sofas along Grandview Ave. Dinner was served on the patio at our request, which was a creative procession of delicious courses prepared by Chefs Maria and Colin, and served by the whole team with a personal and easy going feel. We were invited to mingle everywhere, and so were hanging out with other diners, and even back in the kitchen at the end of the night!This was an excellent special event for our occasion, and while we are already planning our next event with Aubergine, we are also going to make it a regular stop for us going forward. Easily one of our favorites in Columbus!Vegetarian options: We had fresh, well designed veggie dishes throughout the night, even though we didn't specify vegetarian. The menu is customized for each party, so all you need to do is provide input and you will get the menu you want, even different menus for the same party.Dietary restrictions: The menu is entirely customizable, which is a big benefit of the restaurant. They even managed to create a new dessert day-of for a member of our party with an egg sensitivity. It took 8 rounds of trial and error; this should tell you how well taken care of you will be here.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire facility is ground level, with curb cutouts very close by the door. Restrooms seemed to have enough space for maneuvering a chair, though we did not have the need.

Thanks Aubergine for an amazing dinner and night out. The food is easily as good as any of the best restaurants in Columbus. Being vegan, it is so hard to find nicer restaurants in Columbus that have meals we like. We loved the multi-course meal that you custom created for us. It was spectacular. What really makes Aubergine is the staff. Kyle, Levi, Marja and Colin made sure we had a night to remember. Thank you Aubergine!

My wife and I have known Colin (owner) for years via an introduction by none other than the great Chef Hubert and when Chef Hubert takes you under his wing, not much else needs to be said! Colin presents deep culinary passion, is a very capable sommelier, and providing exceptional guest experiences lies within his DNA... My wife and I remain repeat member/guests and have drank and dined here for at least the past 8 years. We only wish we could find the time to visit more often! Aubergine is truly unique and incredible in every way possible! The delicious meals they create become artistic expressions of their talent and they are masters of their craft. Aubergine is also so much more than that. Colin has made us feel like family since our first visit. The ambiance is stunning and seeing a familiar and friendly face every time you stop by is priceless. I’ve visited with friends and family on multiple occasions and every time has been nothing shy of remarkable. We have so many fun and happy memories at Aubergine that are sure to last a lifetime. You will not find another establishment as welcoming, high quality and downright enchanting. I love having Aubergine in my life. If you have not been to Aubergine, do yourself a favor and schedule a visit! Colin and Marja are incredible!

Colin and his team are as good as they come! The environment they’ve created is stunning and warm, and you can feel their passion for delicious food and drinks the moment you walk in the door. Among other delectable plates including a fabulous take on a lobster roll and a to-die-for cauliflower steak, our most recent meal featured a stellar gnocchi dish that will quite possibly make it impossible to order gnocchi anywhere else…ever again. We cannot wait for our next experience at Aubergine, and we thank Colin and his team for everything they do!

Such a great experience! Went last night for a birthday dinner and could not have been happier. We enjoyed a 5 course meal paired with amazing service. As each course came through, we were given a detailed walkthrough with the passion that I’ve never seen before. This experience took our night to a new level, forming a lasting desire for more, which can’t be found anywhere else in Columbus.Many thanks to this great experience!!

The best dining experience I've had in Columbus! Went with a group of 4 for a friend's birthday and could not be happier. Every course of our meal came with a detailed walkthrough that showed how every piece was meticulously curated for the menu. Great meal and even better individuals who took us on the journey!
