Called them to figure out why a package had been labeled as ruturned to sender for 3 months but the sender never recieved it, and the tracking has never been updated past processed for return. The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and said nothing more than "no" to all of my questions.

My review is due to the hours, not the employees. This post office closes for lunch for an hour everyday when most people are on their lunch breaks and actually have a chance to get to the post office and then the post office closes for the day at 4 when most post offices are open until at least 5 or 5:30pm. Very inconvenient.
