Echo has some of the worst designs for a whip head I don't understand why you guys can't just copy the model of a still whip head now I have to spend more money on a whip head because it's just I don't understand why you can't do it do it like what they have you don't need to have a two-way feeding system one system have a two-way split I don't understand why you try to think that having one way feeding system is not good it's just straight not good

Can’t seem to get my new zero turn repaired or parts replaced, guess they are too busy for the little guy, 10,000 on a mower must not be enough. And the lip service is terrible. In the mean time the grass doesn’t stop growing!

Took my lawnmower in about a month ago and really liked my experience. Got me right in and I wasn’t in a hurry. Got it done in a couple of weeks. Pricing is reasonable and work was excellent. Definitely recommend!!

Spent over $500 getting our SCAG serviced for upcoming season. New belts installed, among some other things. Went to mow this weekend? Belts/pullies flew off, locking mechanism with screw also flew off. My husband had to spend over 2 hours machining a locking screw to fit because it was lost somewhere in the grass. When calling to voice our concern with this, he was met with a rude woman who said, "OK, thanks!" and hung up on him!!
Additional note? They also screwed up two family members maintenance/repairs with zero accountability.
Will not go back and neither will anyone we know.

If you want honest, reliable, friendly service with integrity I swear this is the best company I could have found several years ago. The last business I tried couldn't even put my belt back on tight and it shredded... I called McCabes and ever since then I couldn't go anywhere else. Thank you McCabes for your honest service.
