Stop here just about every time we go to Grand Rapids, Ohio. A service station and convience store, where we usually pick up a soda or a snack during our road trips.

Cool little local spot. Super friendly staff. I stop just to say hi sometimes. A bit slow on the lines at times they are busy, but it gives you a chance to buy more. It's small town life. Don't stress. They stay on top of everything and make you feel welcome.

I haven’t had a problem. I like it there. Only problem is the turnover rate is awful. Other than that it’s a nice gas station

We stopped to get gas & something from the store, well, lol & behold, the store is closed with a sign on the front door saying "be back @1120. It was 1210 when we were there! The manager, Sierra, walked up & said oh, that's supposed to say 1220 & laughed. I said well it doesn't, does it. Then she said something really rude to the person I was with who was pumping gas. We left & I won't be back! This happened on 5/13/23

The manager is really rude takes your reward points if you don’t have a reward card and has a foul mouth along with the DM. The old manager and old DM really had there things together up there. Now there Always running out of cigarettes, soda and beer….. The manager should really go find a place that suits her. Obviously Grand Rapids is NOT the place. This store is really going down hill and the new DM really needs to step it up. Its a shame theres no other gas stations thats close.
