So I have a 2015 diesel bmw X5. I took it in to get the DPF filter replaced (took a little while) also ended up having to replace the turbo they said something on mine was malfunctioning, idk it does have 190k miles and she has always driven perfectly fine (it was just time for the filter to be replaced) when i finally got the vehicle back I had 2 dash lights on ( I did not have those prior) I took it to bmw they found some broken wires and a plug that was not connected. So no big deal I am satisfied because my vehicle runs just as great as she did before I took it in and bmw was able to easily figure out the issue and did not charge me.

They have worked on our sprinter several times and recovered our boost finding issues in the wiring and fixing it! Hard to find good sprinter mechanics they are good !! Nice too always pleasant maybe more cool a than the diesel brothers family owned

They take care of my 2012 6.7 F350 for a couple of years now. Upgraded my fuel tank to 50 gallons, repaired DEF fault code, and repaired 4WD problems. Very satisfied with their work, knowledge, customer service and attention to detail. Thanks George and Turner Performance Diesel team. I’ll be back.

I took My Ram 3500 to them to have my manifold replaced. They didn't do correctly so I brought it back to them and they destroyed my right caliber rotor & pad trying to power brake to find the manifold leak. Not to mention the very thing I paid for was squealing because they didn't put the damn manifold on correctly. All they should have done was used smoke to find the leak. These guys are not for the right thing save your self from a head ache there work is trash! Damage your vehicle and want more money for to fix something there mechanic damaged. Please take these reviews seriously there straight Trash this lesson cost me 2700 karma will get this bunch of thieves.Service: Exhaust

I went to Turner's diesel to have my manifold replaced. Was told he could complete this job in a few days. I advised them that I used the vehicle for work. And that I could bring it another day if he felt he wouldn't be able to complete the work in stated time of two days. Needless to say they kept my vehicle nearly 2 weeks the work wasn't done correctly. So I called they say bring it back for adjustments. I took it back & they destroyed the right caliber. They sat in the parking lot revving the engine and using the brake to hold a 3500 truck. The dually truck ripped the pad off and the rotor touched the ceramic caliber & cracked it. This guy tell me my brake didn't have any pad left. As if I didn't drive there and knew there wasn't any issues with the brake. He wanted me to pay him to fix damages his worker did. I refused & he wouldn't give me my vehicle keys. Long stroy short he called police on me. They came I explained the situation the flat bed service came & towed my vehicle to another shop. These people are no good stay away they lie cheat and won't fix you vehicle correctly. I'm out 5k dealing with them 2700 to fix a manifold that wasn't fix the 1300 for replacement of rotor brake pads & a caliber.

Worst place around,I would never recommend them, we spent thousands and thousands of dollars on my son's work truck after a year of having it, he didn't even put 100 miles on it and it broke down, engine light is on ,and antifreeze is coming out as well, the, attention to detail after spending thousands is horrible, looks like the people are very in experienced and no supervision, when I looked under the hood at bare wires, and sloppy work I knew never to go back, found another guy very cheap , very good ,does great work, never again will we do business w turner, they won't even warranty their work....

Absolutely terrible customer service. Overpriced, rude, and greedy. I've been in business for 20 years and get along with everybody. After I spent thousands of dollars on other repairs on my work truck fleet I had a truck sitting in his lot with me asking for a new engine to be put in. After an extended period of time ( with me riding them to get going,) I decided to pull my truck out and take my business elsewhere. He tried to charge me a $2,000 storage fee. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor and negotiated down to $500. If I wasn't a repeat customer I would understand. But I had a history for years of spending money there. DEFINITELY won't be going back and neither should you.

REFUSES TO PROVIDE ME MY INVOICES!!!!!!
Everything Turner Diesel did went WRONG. Installed turbo, stopped making boost after 150 miles. Exhaust weld broke, was improperly installed!!
I was told by the new shop JB weld was part of the issue. JB weld on an exhaust pipes for a turbo????
Did not install the new turbo exhaust manifold that came with the BMI turbo properly, they did not tighten the bolts so this was leaking so bad it made my wife nauseous.
Destroyed injector pump because they did not know how to properly adjust it!
Humvee is surging now, never did this before turbo install.
They installed a relay for the turbo gauges, they used some kind of sticky stuff to mount relay instead of bolting it down.
( see pics. Can’t make this up! )
Next, starter and flywheel with ring gear installation, get Humvee back trans is leaking 1/2 quart every start up, fuel tank is leaking now as they also took that down to install starter.
Starter not aligned properly, grinding now on start up. Was told $1800 but when I went to pick it up it was $3200.
This list goes on, injectors and glow plugs installed was told $1600 was $3500. They had my Humvee for over 30 days to fix fuel, trans leaks, starter grinding and to adjust injection pump. During that 30 days the front brush guard was hit and bent and a center cap on my rim was broken.
Me and George, I thought where friends, if he will do this to me just think what he will do to someone he does not know.
Refuses to give me invoices for the work that was done!
BEWARE!!
DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP!!
So far I have a $2300 bill from another shop to fix everything Turner touched and it’s still not right. Had to have the injection pump completely rebuilt because when they tried to adjust it they damaged it.
It’s back in the shop as I write this!! Looks like a fuel line is pinched above the fuel tank that Turner took down not once but twice!!
I would leave 0 stars but that’s not an option.
Update as of 7-28-22. Turner installed the wrong lift pump. They installed a lift pump for a gas engine. You sure would think a diesel shop would know better.Another $1150 to fix this.

Best diesel mechanics in the Great lakes trust them for all your fleet needs.Updated. New manager Guy is on top of things. Complex repair on Powerstroke in an E series van completed quickly. Still highly recommended.
