I like the store and it's close by. They could have a goldmine with all the new homes and the growing community. I'm in the store a couple of times a week and there deli and bakery always looks good but people stand there and nobody helps you and they have a bell but they are right there and if you ring it they give you a dirty look and act like you are bothering them. It's really sad that they are the only game in town for now until one of the big chains come in and put them out of business. It's to bad they don't take advantage of the time they have to build with the growing community before other grocery stores move to town

This is the best lil off the beaten path place to shop. Meat is better than the big box stores. New butcher Carl is doing a great job It's nice to meet him.

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I dont understand how no one has noticed that half of the food in this store is expired. Everything in the back right corner freezer against the back wall is expired. Every time I shop here something I grab is expired. There were turkey products that expired in 2023 that i almost purchased this week. I dont know who's job it is to pull expired food but they are not doing that job very well.

It's nice to have a store in town. But when prices are so high I just don't see how the elderly can even shop there. Not to mention they don't even have electric carts for the handicap.

Been there during the summer months a few times as I live more towards Parma Hts and Middleburg Hts-Really a beautiful store! /I used to work at Eva’s IGA at the end of my street in Middleburg Hts back in the 70sand early 80’sGreat store and Shield’s bring back a lot of great memories!!Keep going guys!!!!Ron S.
