I only have them because I can’t get anybody else. They suck, internet goes out all the time and I mean all the time. Sometimes for hours and sometimes for a couple minutes. Always having issues with this company. If I had a different choice by lease I would not have them as providers at all

Had them for over 2 yrs, excellent and friendly customer service! Only internet available at the time and did what it needed to do with over 22 devices in the house. Internet did go out here and there but nothing that was note worthy. In my opinion, worth more than the 1 star they are currently receiving from others.

Trust me when I say this...LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR INTERNET. Windstream (now called Kinetic) is a much better and reliable option in the Grafton area. I switched to DSL (I know, it's 2023 and I'm using DSL) and it's a much, much more reliable option than GLW broadband. The speeds aren't as fast using DSL, but it sure is more reliable.I mean, have you looked at the GLW website? It looks like something that was made back in 1997 by a high school student. It truly shows this company doesn't care and aren't about the customer experience. Fingers crossed they get bought out and someone or some company decides to make some much needed changes.

Many are saying they deserve 0 stars, I think that is too generous. -5 would be more appropriate. I'm surprised I even have enough connectivity to write this review. Absolute joke of a company, I think 1997 dial up would be more reliable than this garbage service. You'd be better off powering your own servers with a hamster on a wheel than paying these clowns for "service", if you can even call it that. Deserve to go out of business, which they would have by now if they weren't allowed to monopolize service in Grafton. Stay far far away from these bums

I wish I could review a review of no stars. I’m not one to waste my time posting reviews. But I’m here on my 2 day in a row without internet just this week. And this seems to be a weekly occurrence. It’s a shame that you pay for a service that never works. As a small business owner and working very hard to make ends meet and when you wake up daily to no internet, have to drive to the nearest coffee shop just to work it’s very frustrating.

Love that there is a local internet provider in Grafton. They are cheaper, offer more personal service and are very helpful if you run into issues. The only issue is occasional outages but they are quick to resolve them. I work from home and have sufficient uptime.

This company is an absolute joke. If you have stopped your service keep an eye out. They are still sending me bills when I have not had service from them since switching to Verizon home internet in November. Paid my bill turned my equipment in and here we are month later and they want money. It would behoove them to come get Thier wires off my house.

They have terrible internet offerings, bad customer support, zero upload speeds, and overpriced services. I would highly suggest using another provider if you have choices where you live. Our internet goes out where I work every single day at least once for an hour or more.

Company and service are garbage. What company doesn’t have an option to communicate via website or email? Not to mention the actual internet service is very poor. Clearly this business does not care as they have 100’s of bad reviews at 1.7/5 stars as of me writing this. If you have literally any other option than this you are likely much better off. Absolutely the worst terrible service you can get.

Do not use this service. If I could give zero stars I would. Get a WiFi box from your cell provider. This company is terrible. Their internet drops out all of the time, they make no efforts to fix their spotty service, the employees are incredibly rude and they are almost never open. They deserve to go out of business.

An absolute joke of a company. They will not answer their phone for any issues. They charge an outrageous amount and claim certain speeds that are never met. The owner or manager needs to be re-evaluated. If you are able to find ANY other options, you should do so.

No internet again ! They have the worst customer service too . Feel bad for all the households that also deal with this . T-Mobile was talking of doing internet in the area
