It's a shame I've mostly positive things we filled out paperwork for the summer waitlist back in January and in April are told there was a hold fee to hold spots in the summer camp and that we had been taken off the list. At no time was I aware of a fee and no one conducted any follow up from Ms. Pam's to inquire at all with us. Extremely disappointed at lack of communication and we will be continuing childcare elsewhere.
