“Great place to go for your hardware needs from wire to pvc fittings and pipe and everything in between .They have a wide range of rentals too. And at reasonable prices. If you live in this area there is almost no reason to make the drive to New Philly.”

“Sells all kinds of items that you may need. However they sell some items that most probably don't know about because you can only find it on their app or website. For example they sell jewelry or sports team rugs on the app but I never knew until I was playing around on the app and just looking random things up. Overall though, I'm always greeted nicely when I go in and shop and some of the team are very helpful. Others could be a bit nicer. I understand having a bad though but it could ruin a first time customers experience.”
“I purchased an expensive set of tools, and the price rang up incorrectly at the register (higher than marked). The manager informed me that the price had changed and was supposed to be the higher price, but since they forgot to change the tag on the floor, she honored the lower price even though the sale was over. Honest customer service, great store.”

“I can't say enough good things about this hardware store. They are always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they always have everything I need. Bird seed, nails, Paint, sandpaper, bolts, insect spray, plants, you name it they got it. I'll go there any day vs. a big box store.”
