I go here daily and am always treated with respect and kindness! All of the employees are very helpful and courteous and always smiling and welcoming! The store is ALWAYS clean, coffee hot and delicious, and they have a variety of items despite it being a smaller store. Definitely would recommend Certified to everyone!
