“The great service I received at Fleet Feet was great. Have been there several times. The staff is very knowledgeable of their shoe inventory they have to fit you. The evaluation of your feet is also a plus to make sure you get the proper fitting shoe. Daniel was very helpful today and pulled the shoe that he thought would work best for me. Very happy customer and will be back.”

She helped me find a flattering pair of scrubs so I can be confident on my first day of my new job. The store was clean, stocked so well. “Doug helped fit me for new ski boots. I am 67 and have arthritis. The store was very busy yet he took his time to explain in detail what type of boot may work and what he can do with my current boots in the meantime that are too big. I bought boots that open from the back that makes them much easier to put on. Doug is helping me with a binding issue as the new boots require different bindings than what I have. All this to say, that he went 'above and beyond' in helping me. Thank you, Doug.”

“I've been meaning to come in for awhile to check this place out and get a professional opinion on whether I've been buying the right shoe for my feet and I finally did today.
The service was fantastic. She instantly knew I needed a shoe with decent arch support by the way I walked. She asked about my running habits, how I started buying the shoes that I had been using etc. Recommended 3 different shoes, one of which was the newer model of the Brooks shoe I had been running in.
I ended up in a pair of Hoka shoes (ordered a 2nd pair to alternate with on run days) and got my first 5 miles in them today and it was amazing how much better today's run felt than yesterday even though the conditions were much harder. A lot of that could be attributed to my old shoes being shot with just over 450 miles on them, but I think the impact is spread so much more evenly around my entire foot than it was in the Brooks I had and that made a huge difference as well.
I can't say enough about how pleasant and knowledgeable the interaction was today and I'll definitely be back to my next 2 pairs of shoes in about 800 miles or so!
I highly recommend going in there if you are a seasoned runner or just getting into it, a good pair of shoes is much cheaper than a knee replacement! ?”
“Decent styles for taller and bulkier guys, as with any big and tall the prices are a bit overboard but the employees are very helpful and genuinely care about making sure you leave the store happy. -1 star just due to prices.”
“Today I walked in with my mom and we were looking for some volleyball shoes. I looked through the shelves and Jay and Travis were two people working there and helped me and my mom out so much. Didn’t realize how much it would be but it was totally worth it for the experience. Got my Nike shoes cleaned for free and was given variety of options. They talked to us and engaged into all of us and what we were looking for. I tried on three shoes/loved them ALL! they were so adorable and he let me run, walk, and jog around the whole store. My shoes are perfect for my feet and especially since the time they took with me to find the soles for the shoes and everything else. Each shoe they helped me tie, measure, and put on my shoe. Very amazing customer service and highly recommended especially if you’re in a rush to buy shoes that are benefited for you!”

“This store was excellent. All the associates were very helpful and attentive. I was quickly given a dressing room and they added my considered clothes to it. All the associates gave advice about the pieces that I tried and hand picked items they thought I would like. I didn’t even go in for jeans but they picked out such a great options I ended up going home with three pairs. The clothes are pricey but the service and quality make it worth it.”
