Stephen was great! He honestly told me that I should not move my shower to an outside wall. He instead showed me how he can fix the problem by covering the entire wall that is currently getting wet with every shower. This saved at least $1000 off the total cost. He was also very patient with me as I figured out whether to proceed. Thank you!

My wife and I are getting along in years and decided we needed a walk in shower in our main bathroom to replace our old built in cast iron tub and shower combination. After reviewing several options we decided to work with Bath R Us. Eric, our salesperson, was very professional and thorough. He explained our options, and the variety and quality of the products were among the best we had seen. He also explained how the tear out and rebuild would be done and gave us a fairly accurate time frame from when they could start and how long the install would take. He also took very copious notes for the installer so there would not be any guesswork, as we had a couple of things that were unique to a 100 year old house that needed to be taken into account. When the installation time came, we worked with Nate, who worked as a one man crew. I initially had some misgivings on this as there were several fairly heavy pieces and some tricky surprises which needed to be addressed as we came across them (100 year old house surprises), but he completed everything excellently. Nate was very considerate of our time and cleaned everything up at the end of each day so we could use the rest of the bathroom overnight. We are extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend Bath R Us to anyone.

Just one family's perspective.DO NOT believe all the 5 stars. Why?well we found out to receive a supposed discount (more on that later) the positive review was a requirement among other things. Sales rep was constantly complimenting very mundane household items that its started to feel condescending. Went thru the entire sales pitch with making selections. Then was presented the estimate. Shower to shower replacement with some custom sizing. 14k plus with 3 options and a nice glass door. The presentation touted them being a family company and not like their competitors. Even suggested I should get other quotes(however didn't mean it). Then explained why they were better. Sure seamed like a good product(again however they don't seam to have confidence in their own product). So, price seemed high but if as good as say should be easy choice after I get more estimates. After finishing presentation and price quote then went into a new presentation with a new discounted price. Now the non high-pressure pitch turns. Here is the price if agree right now, and pay right now. But MUST complete some online reviews for them. Now seem concerned about letting me receive other estimates. If trust own product should feel confident against the competition. Website says straight forward pricing. What I received was multiple based on making an uninformed decision. Website also stated that end of the day its all about making a comfortable decision. Wasn't lying needed to make decision at the end of that day. What we came away with was they had so little confidence in the product they offer. Don't trust a company that needs you to commit on the spot. Should not be able to buy positive reviews.Ok, one. I have only ever done a couple reviews. Two, are you kidding me. Your response is ridiculous. "offer convenience and efficiency by providing comprehensive solutions promptly ". The install schedule was 12 weeks out!But had to buy today to get 1800 off of 14k. And if I didn't deliver with the 5 stars and 3 other requirements he would have to charge me for the 1800. Was also told don't worry about the review because you all have people who will help me with it. What? Just be honest and straight forward. Let people price shop especially if you start off saying you should.

Stephen came to our house this evening and spent the time needed to insure we were comfortable in our decisions and was quite personable and a pleasure to deal with. We felt that he was honest, straightfoward and quite knowledgeable. Stephen was an excellent representitive for his company.
