“Maybe I'm just biased because hot roc has been my go-to store since the late 90s and early 2000s when one finally opened in my local mall. I've never had a bad experience at any hot topic location I've ever visited. The workers here at this store were super friendly, and even though they were busy, they took the time to help other customers when needed. I absolutely love their clearance racks. The only bad thing is that I don't live close enough to come in more often”

“Very clean store. And amazing customer service and employee assistance. I was a bit frustrated their clothing isn't really tailored in store to curvy short women; however it can be ordered through the store if a short size is needed. Came in last week for pants and some shirts. Got 4 shorts, 3 pairs of jeans, and a super cute astrology set of socks for under 150.00 using no coupons. I was struggling to get my size since I've been losing weight and found three different cuts I was three different sizes which was frustrating. However, the dressing room attendant was so helpful finding my sizes and helping bring them back to my room. Super friendly, helpful, and very pleasant experience despite the hurdles. Highly recommend.”

“I always have a wonderful experience every time I go to this store! The staff is always extremely helpful, especially Tom. If I am shopping for other people I tell him what I am looking for and he returns with exactly what I need! If I am shopping for myself he is patient and helps me find outfits that work well with my body and make me feel confident. I never like to be bothered with the hassle of shopping but having a store and a staff I can count on makes the process not only easy but enjoyable. I will continue to do all my shopping there.”

“There are so many different types of candy selections! There is literally something for everybody. I have brought in three or four different people just to take a look around because they don't live in the area. It's an experience not a store. There's definitely bound to be something that brings back a childhood memory in this place. Whether it's a T-shirt, a boardgame, or a favorite drink or candy it's probably in here. This is definitely a place to check out for anyone and everyone!”
