A man who has a heart of gold. When I speak with different Staff Members, I feel Michael Klaben Sr. is in their hearts. When pulling up into the Service Bay, they put a protective plastic covering over your seat and a white floor protector mat over your floor mat as soon as you drive in the Service Bay.
