Very nice condos and very well maintained also reasonable on rent but high enough it keeps the drama away.

This is the 4th manager in a year. They won't call you back. They do not take care of maintenance. They are rude and don't go to a universal property unless you want a headache. Most of the residents hate corporate office. Think twice about moving under universal.

I had a minor disagreement with a property manager and was able to resolve promptly with Universal Development. Staci took the time to listen to my concerns and address to my satisfaction.
