Always a good place to go. They know what they are doing, decent price. The animal hospital and vet is honestly a money trap anymore .

Doc is an amazing human being with a heart of gold. The girls working out front are fantastic, too. Exemplary in the field of empathy.

They are really good with my Animals. I had to have them spayed and neutered and they healed so fast. And when they have the program to pay $25.00 to have them spayed or neutered, it helps so much because my daughter, myself and neighbor, we rescue Cats and bring them here! ❤️

If I could give them more then 5 stars I would! Recently my female kitty was diagnosed with a life threatening condition called pyometra. We took her into medvet on a Sunday and we were told she needs to be spayed immediately or she would be gone within a few days. I called so many vets and no one would do the high risk surgery for under $1500, but steel valley not only got her in the next day, but they didn't charge me nearly as much as everyone else. They were so kind and understanding. They didn't make us feel awful for not having her spayed sooner, we were unaware of how dangerous it could be, we figured she was an indoor cat so it wasn't necessary but we were wrong! They saved my kitty's life and now she is home happy and healthy and we can't possibly thank them enough! I highly recommend them to everyone.

I should have read the 1 star reviews. I'm hoping our young stray cat that we took in survives. When you take the cat in they say it is an all inclusive price of $155. Then while you're there they talk about leukemia and you sign a waiver to still have the procedure done. I wasn't worried because when we'd picked her off the street as a kitten we had her bloodwork done and she was fine. The staff is nice but I thought it was weird they didn't have me pay before I left. Now I know why. I get a call saying the cat has leukemia and again did I want to go ahead with the procedure and I said yes to the extra antibiotic. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF ANY EXTRA CHARGES! I'm putting this in detail so the public can know what they will say and how they will do this. I go to pick up the cat and it is now almost $100 more and they're saying it's because she has feline aids. So first, this was a healthy, happy cat to begin with and yet has not one but 2 serious illnesses or one or the other. They're lying so they can't get their stories straight. I tried to ask and was just told we got the call as notification. They sent her home with pain meds (we have 4 other stray cats we've taken to Angels for Animals btw with no problems). I was worried. I've never been given pain meds... Got home this cat was drugged out of her mind! She was horrible the whole rest of the day. Fingers crossed she makes it through this. I highly recommend Angels for Animals they do spay/neuter and rabies shot for $75. The only reason we looked at this place is because A4A was booked. So sick of business doing "business" through scamming people out of their hard earned money!

Experience was great until the very end, the vet tech explained everything they were going to do and how the whole neuter process worked explained it will be $112 for the neuter and $85 for the bloodwork. No issue until I was called to come in to pick up my cat after his neuter, I was told I owed $272 instead of $200 because my cat needed extra fluids. How are you not gonna tell me this on the phone or tell me before I left my cat to get neutered that you charge $72 for “fluids”. Absolutely ridiculous, way to rip someone off right at Christmas time. They claim to be affordable and up front when they are not. You’re better off going to an actual vet clinic for the prices they charge. I will not be back.

Great service. My kitten was too active after being spayed and damaged her incision. They checked her over, then found and fixed the problem. Everything worked out great!

The entire staff was friendly an very informative of any questions my wife had about or pet. They even gave us medicine and other goodies for our pet which we greatly appreciated as well. I would reccomend them to any an everyone.

Steel Valley vet techs and reception staff were very kind and helpful. With only one day's advance notice, they were able to help neuter multiple feral cats. Personnel generally seemed happy in their work environment which should make for a nicer experience for pet patients. Thank you.

Highly recommended for spay and neutering. It's very affordable but you're also able to add vaccinations and other services.
