Fair pricing and great treatment for our male kitten. I'll let you guess which procedure he endured bless him!

This is a very cost effective place to take your pets for basic visits. The staff is very knowledgeable, only reason I gave 3 stars is because the receptionist is kind of difficult to deal with.

Staff are wonderful. Only place willing to help us right away with an injured stray kitten. Highly recommend Steel Valley and am so grateful to them. Thank you! Calypso is still recovering from all her trauma, but we are hoping to keep her. Still a long road for her wounds to heal and incorporating her with our other two cats... I now truly believe cats choose their homes because she just appeared one day in our garden. Thank you again Steel Valley!

I started going to this vet about a year ago when I adopted my beloved dog Daisy. They have been nothing but respectful, caring of her, and timely. I go there about once a month for nail trimmings and flea & tick medicine the service is just over the top fantastic. Thank you Steel Valley!

2 days ago I had my pup neutered
I would have given 5 stars and a reasonable price 213 for spay and micro-chipped. However 2 days later his scrotum was beet red and was told to bring him right in. Vet tech told me well if he scoots that could be the cause of the infection. What dogs don't scoot when their bum is itchy or hurting. My opinion it wasn't sterile to begin with. I was a nurse 31 years whenever there was an incision made we sent the patient home antibiotics only pain pills and sedative. Now today I spent 50 bucks for antibiotics and was told if it didn't get better it would cost more money (that here is the scam) for another surgery which should have been performed at the original surgery. I've had dogs all my life and this is the first time a neuter went bad.

My partner and I drove 45 minutes to go to this clinic for an appointment we had set JUST to be told “uh, you’re late. Like really late” and to reschedule by the front desk receptionist. We arrived before 10am as specified on the phone by another staff member. We wasted gas AND had to wait longer to get our animal spayed. Very unprofessional and I do not trust these types of people with my animal anyhow after that encounter. Very unorganized. Unbelievable how much time they wasted for us.

The women at Steel Valley are always the kindest. I just had my dog Jasper fixed, and he is doing extremely well after surgery. The process was completely smooth and I picked him up within 7 hours, so I didn’t have to be away from him long at all. He’s a very nervous boy, and he didn’t seem distressed at all and his incision site is nice and clean. I also had my cat fixed there in April, Finnick, and he was recovered within a week. Highly recommend taking your animals here. I was nervous about using a spay/neuter clinic after hearing so many horror stories, but Steel Valley was kind and helpful with any questions and both of my animals came home healthy and happy.

DO NOT BRING YOURE ANIMAL HERE‼️‼️They killed my Winnie, she would’ve been year old the next day. Something was really sketchy abt the situation. They called me at 12pm and told me she was in recovery, her blood work came back amazing, and to pick her up at 2pm. They called back at 12:32pm and told me they “don’t know what happened” but she passed. Dr didn’t seem to be phased like it’s a usual occurrence there. I’ve talked to others who have also lost their female cats there. IT HAPPENS OFETN! I wanted to put 0 stars but it won’t let you if you’re writing a review. They do something similar to an “assembly line method” for female cats where they lay them on the tables and go down the line. They don’t use stitches they use glue and make you buy a baby onesie to put her in, in case the glue bursts to save their insides from going everywhere.
