I called to ask questions and make a plan, many of those questions silly, and Lisa stayed on the phone for like 10 minutes and helped me figure it all out.
When I came in, Pressley took great care of me. He helped me dial in my options, helped me work on proofs (4 to be exact), and when I gave him a .pdf file of my flier that was whack and not working right, he figured it out super fast.
In general I could just tell he cares about taking care of customers. I work in service industry so I know. Give that man a raise.”
