Probably would be better if they didn't seperate your from your animal to wait

If you have an emergency and need immediate care, the staff there is very knowledgeable and qualified. The issue with the company is that they take your pet from you and do not allow you to accompany. I have never been to a vet service that required me to be separated from my pet. That is unacceptable.

I cannot even explain how amazing they were, last Sunday our family unfortunately lost our best friend Lucy, she was our everything and it broke our heart to find out she was passing, it happened so fast and we had no idea since earlier in the day she was perfect, we called and took her over as soon as we could, we walked in and almost immediately they came out to take Lucy in the back, unfortunately we found out she has a tumor and it probably caused internal bleeding, im a single mom who works 60 hours a week and unfortunately I didn’t have the money for surgery, we had to put her to rest, the staff and vet were truly amazing, very sympathetic and supportive, they allowed us with as much time as we needed with her before and after she was gone, thank you guys so much, you made such an unbearable loss a lot less stressful!

I had to have my cat of 20years euthanized. They were all so kind. I had just lost my best friend and was already emotional. They were sympathetic and patient. Thankyou

We were able to be taken in within the hour. The doctors gave us all our options on what we can do to help our dogs. I really liked that they sent a girl in to talk to us and her dog had parvo before as well and said he is healthy now so that gave us hope hearing that from her. All the staff was very friendly including the woman at the front desk. They were also all very friendly to our dogs.

I took my dog here last night and they were great and very understanding they explained to what I needed to do with him at home for the next week he has pancreatitis and they were quick with getting him meds and fluids before sending him home he was throwing up a lot before he went to the vets and I'm glad to say he hasn't thrown up since 12pm yesterday and is holding down all his meds which is a great sign he is even starting to act more like himself I would definitely take your pet here for an emergency the Dr that seen him was very caring and explained everything to me

The way I that I felt that myself and the other pet owners were treated was unprofessional. There were several mix-ups with who owed what and who received what medication to take home. I was given little time to review my bill and when I left I was given another pet's medication. They clearly have a passion for what they do, I just hope they can improve and help pets and owners make hard choices more efficiently.

We had a scary situation with our dog and it was nice to find an after hours facility closer to home. We were treated with promptness and compassion and everything was explained throughly. We never had a long period of waiting and we left with medication and follow up instructions that were clear. I would definitely recommend them!

I feel like an improvement could be made on the bedside manner and overall friendliness. The ladies out front were wonderful but the vet left something to be desired. I am not sure much care was taken to evaluate my cat. There was a lack of organization and communication in regards to when my cat was taken to the back. In the room, the vets approach of "What do you want me to do?" Was distasteful. I am not paying money for you to ask me such things. You are the professional, with the degree, and I expect to receive a service in return that will help my cat. Very disappointed with the vet and his approach. I am use to my vet who actually likes to problem solve and take care of animals. I was fine with the 4 hour wait as I understand the different priority levels. But it was clear the vet was not invested in helping my cat and just wanted to get us out of the room. I am glad it was not a life or death situation because I would not trust my animal to be taken care of here. Would not recommend, better to just drive to Pittsburgh.
