I'm checking in oh...idk a couple years after buying a 2010 Subaru Outback from these people. I've gotten about 4,000 miles and over $7,000 in repair bills from a car that I paid $6,500 for and today just got another quote (rear differential bushings failed) for $6,000. Anyone taking the time to read through the reviews before visiting BNM Auto Group, heed this warning. DO NOT GO. They sell garbage.

They sold my wife Prius with a blown head gasket. When asked to repair, replace or refund the staff refused to help. Now we have a car we paid almost $10k for a car that can't even move, and all the owner said is he'd give us 5% off the next car... Are you kidding me you stole our money and expect us to buy another car!!! Don't buy a car here you'll be getting way more then what you bargained for. Obviously the bad business practices here is why this place is slowly dying and the greedy owners aren't helping the situation. You can tell because they barely have any cars on their lot anymore more so what they do have on the lot looks like cars that were pulled from a junkyard. Also the so called mechanic here isn't ASE certified and is a joke.. he called an alternator a Turbo Charger I mean the level of stupidity you get from here is astronomical. Please don't buy here there's plenty of places out there that give better deals with less hassle. Just research places also please note the owners here give you $50 off if you write a good 5 star review for them, this place would have 1 star if it wasn't for that. Heck the barely gave 3.5 stars and that's with paying people for good reviews... That should really tell you something.

Bought a van for my daughter. They knew of the issues and said they would be taken care of. Far from the truth. Not a business that stays true to their word. Suggest any other business but them. ??????????

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER! Buyer beware! Within 2 weeks of purchase, there was engine noise. At 35 days, mechanic advised it needed a new engine. Car was sold unsafely with low oil, bad brakes and calipers. Had not even received the title! Owner refused to refund, trade or make it right. The prices may seem reasonable but be aware; there are probably hidden issues. Unethical, poor customer service, scammer.
