Worst Blue Beacon I've used. Washed truck and trailer. Didn't was one side of back of cab. Didn't wash tractor rear fender, or even just spray off catwalk or frame. Didn't wash back of trailer. The stuff of the back of trailer, mudflaps, and license plate come right off with a little soap. Waited 2 hours in line for this? They offered to let me go around and redo the back of cab, but I didn't have time for that. Gave excuses for the trailer, never offered to do anything with that.

Very bad experience boys have a more trucks in line that’s why they didn’t wash fuel tank when I asked they said we put only chemical here and water not with brush they don’t care truck is clean or costumer satisfaction that’s not good

This is Blue Beacon the next to the worst Blue Beacon. Haubstadt, IN and Cuba, MO are tied for the worst. Corporate Blue Beacon sent me vouchers to get it washed at any other Blue Beacon of my choice. Guess Corporate will be getting another email with pictures and a copy of my receipt as well. If I could give minus Stars this location would get Negative 5 Stars. You want EXCELLENT BLUE BEACON TRUCK WASH. GO TO BARSTOW, CA ACROSS STREET FROM FLYING J. ANY DAY ANY SHIFT AT THAT LOCATION. THEY ARE THE VERY BEST. ( BARSTOW, CA IS THE POSTER CHILD FOR BLUE BEACON.) FOLLOWED BY THE BLUE BEACON AT LODI, CA AND BLUE BEACON AT WHEELER RIDGE, CA. (LODI, CA AND WHEELER RIDGE ARE TIED FOR 2ND PLACE )IF YOUR IN OHIO THE BLUE BEACON AT LODI, OH I-71 EXIT 209 DOES A GREAT JOB TOO. THERE IS NO PRIDE AT THID BLUE BEACON. EVERYONE THERE IS JUST THERE TO EAT CHIPS AND SRINK SODAS WAITING FOR THEIR NEXT PAYCHECK. GO TO THE BLUE BEACON IN HUBBARD, OH I-80 EXIT 234 DOES A FAR BETTER JOB THEN THE GIRARD OHIO BLUE BEACON. BLUE BEACON IN GIRARD OHIO SERVICE SUCKS. YOU'D GETA BETTER TRUCK WASH USING A WATER HOSE ON A FUEL ISLAND SOMEWHERE THEN THERE.

These people are worst. I just got my truck washed. I paid 140 dollars for the wash. My truck is still dirty. My rims are still very dirty, i paid extra for that. They didnt do anything. Never coming here again.

I had bad experience for this truck wash. When i set the brake i went inside paiid then used bathroom les 2 minutes came out in 5 minutes they said start the truck ,truck and trailer wash took less than 10 min, next morning I checked the truck found a lot of dirt, also they collected over $131
