Called at 8:30 am for my noisy dryer, he was out before noon fixed dryer, very reasonable and repairman was very knowledgeable , quick and respectful of home. My husband and I used to own an appliance repair business for over 30 years and he treated us the way we used to treat our customers. Thank you

HORRIBLE experience!! Mr. Randolph let me know he was too busy to look at fixing my appliance bc it was warranty work and he did NOT make enough money. Sorry it was covered under a Lowe's warranty plan and he had a contract to fix it.He told Lowe's he would show up and confirmed the date and NEVER showed. Lowe's called and he said he would not do it, he was too busy.Thanks for wasting 3 weeks of my time. You should of told Lowe's NO in the beginning and end your contract with them.Mr. Randolph was unprofessional, rude and couldn't care less about customers!!
