I went to Benders because I know from experience that the maintenance crew will not steer me wrong. The gentleman who was looking over my car brought me into the shop while car was on the rack and showed me what is was he had found. I got a good price up front and everything went like clockwork. My car is 100% better. Thumbs up to these guys.

As others have noted, these folks offered a helping hand after a breakdown on the turnpike. They ran a free diagnostic test and allowed my daughter and I to use their restroom and offered their waiting area for us and our dog while we waited for our tow.

Binders Automotive was the best price in my area, within a 30-mile radius of Fremont Ohio. Stephen Binder was tagged in a Facebook post as a recommendation. He was very helpful and got me scheduled within days. I took my explorer on a Tuesday and he knew what was wrong with it within 5 minutes! He quoted me half the rate of anyone else, and he could fit me in the same week.After he fixed the muffler, she sounds like new! Thank you for an awesome experience and for doing quality work ♡

I am very impressed with the professional customer service. The lady in the office has a great personality and beautiful smile and was more than happy to help with a problems we were having with our two vehicles. I had multiple estimates from other repair shops these guys blew every one of them away. There was no compromise on craftsmanship and quality it was all top notch. not to mention the work is done quickly they did not mess around at all they went in and got the job done if you want great prices quality work by honest people this is your place thank you guys for all you did both my Chevy trucks now run excellent.Thanks Mike

We were about 6 hours into a road trip when our car died on the Ohio Turnpike. I called Binders while waiting on the tow truck, hoping to find someone that could help us same day. We had the car towed there and they got us right in. They ran a diagnostic, had the parts delivered from a local supplier, fixed it, and had it back to us within a couple of hours.
