“I’ve never received such great customer service. I came in and got my trailer checked out very quickly. When I hooked it up I had issues with the tow lights on my car. They could have just told me too bad and that I couldn’t rent the trailer but instead the gentleman that owned the place, Phil helped me big time and diagnosed and fixed the wiring issue. I’ll never use another U Haul location. You just don’t find service like that at the big stores. Thank you so much!”

“I came here to pick up a Uhaul, Tammi, was working the desk and helped me along the way. She was friendly and well educated with the process. The lot is small but Tammi can help you maneuver you trailer around so that nothing gets hit. The location is great because it's so close to I75 and right off rt73. My truck was ready when I got there and drop off was simple.”

“Best place in the area to get moving supplies, boxes, tape, packing materials etc. They also fill propane tanks. They have indoor temperature controlled storage facilities. In addition to all of that they rent moving trucks.”

“Owner had an awesome attitude, very personable, helpful, and just kind. Even helped me with turning airbags off and helped carry my carseat to get it in the truck. Unfortunately I was leaving a bad situation and had to bring my toddler. Balmer went above and beyond to make sire my toddler was safe in the vehicle.”
