I sent a good customer of mine to this guy and he stole the fender off his car, then tried to tell him that he brought it in like that, this dude is the definition of a used car salesman

I was there today while this guy was there in
the previous 1 star review.
As a witness to what happened the customer was acting foolish and so mad at this poor young owner about what seemed to be a offering a hundred dollars less than they agreed upon. He actually said take 150 off or I will give a bad review.
I was there the whole time and the customer was treaded great but this customer was little hot head. We bought a car and will be back. Frankie handled himself very professionally good young man. I will post a picture of this out of control customer when I learn how to post a picture. When he left we got out of our car because it seemed like a dangerous situation possibly but Frankie didn't seem flustered. We all had a great experience past that guy.

I bought a beautiful Volkswagen Jetta from Franklin.The car was for my teenage daughter and it was the first experience I had buying a car for one of my children. I always say teaching your child to drive is one of the toughest experiences as a parent, (it was terrifying) but finding the perfect used car for someone you love more than life, is even tougher. Car shopping had become a nightmare until I found Olde Towne Auto in Germantown. He was very upfront and honest about the car. It was extremely reasonably priced and he was very easy to be around. I will be car shopping with him again when it’s time to buy my other daughter a car. Thank you for everything!

My son and I went to check out a 2000 Jaguar S-Type. 164k miles. The car had some cosmetic blemishes but it was mechanically sound. Frank was so upfront and honest about the car, we purchased the car. Although we bought it “as is”, we were blown away by Frank’s customer service. I would highly recommend OTA based on my experience with Frank!

My wife & I traveled 3 hours to purchase a specific type vehicle we found via website- on a Saturday. Even though I believe they were not technically open for the day, they still answered my phone calls immediately (didn't ever have to leave a message & wait) & gave an honest description of the vehicle's condition. I am most impressed with the communication & the fact that they did not waste our trip/time just trying to make a sale. I am pleased with my experience & my purchase, & would feel comfortable recommending family & friends to do business there as well. Thanks again, & I wish them success into the future.

I bought my car “as is” from them with no warranty. He said if any issues give them a call. That’s what they all say, right? WELL.. Two days later my car wouldn’t start. Not only did they volunteer to help with the car but resolved the issue at their expense! I only paid to have it towed to them. Reputable, trustworthy car dealer who I highly recommend!!! 5 star customer service and they stand behind what they sell!!
