Very good experience purchasing this mower from Koenig. Chris was great about answering my questions and arranging the purchase and delivery. Delivery person placed in garage and answered any questions about operation. Haven’t used yet, but confident it is properly set up.

Dakota, was very helpful in finding the right trimmer for me. The last one I bought was gas-powered, hard to start, and frankly became too heavy for me to use, even in a short period of time! It was a good trimmer, but not a good fit for me!With his help, I now have a battery operated Stihl trimmer, that I used for a long time yesterday. It cut those long, tough weeds, with little effort on my part, and it's very simple to start it.

My zero-turn has been at the Germantown facility since for economy maintenance on 18May23. I was informed that it would be completed in about two weeks after we verified via phone the service to be done on it. I have yet to receive my zero turn and have not heard anything regarding the status of its maintenance.I have an acre and a half to mow with NO BACKUP unit. Therefore, I have to mow it with a 21” walk behind lawn mower in 80 & 90 degree weather!This is the second time that this has happened to me. And I have to express my disapproval and concern for this pattern of service. I most probably will not use Koenig to service my zero -turn in the future as I CANN0T afford being without my unit given my age and medical & physical condition. And then expected pay premium cost despite this egregious issue.I am also concerned that my service will not be done correctly and the foregoing corrections will take even longer than the original one.I really come to expect better from Koenig given the amount of money I spent not only in the zero-turn unit but also the previous maintenance package that I purchased with the unit.I believe that I should be offered a generous concession from Koenig for this grave inconvenience. Meaning, a significant reduction in the price and cost of the maintenance due to the unit not being completed in a timely manner, especially since it was articulated that the unit. Would be completed before now—I am so disappointed and angry quite franklyMr.S.Praterai

I went in looking for a stand-on or XTR mower - ready to buy. Salesman did not listen, did not comprehend, and/or did not care what I had to say. He talked to me as though I am an inexperienced and uneducated dullard while assuming himself to be a sagacious erudite helping this poor clod. Someday, that conversation will be retrospectively amusing to me. I patiently wasted my time while this guy insulted my intellect until I could take no more. I truly wish I had never entered the building. A few hours later, I bought a large ZTR mower from a dealer who treats customers well.

Chris and Dana both made and explained the Koenig contract and provided a smooth transition. Chris even came in early to put the renewed contract together to email even when he wasn’t feeling well. Later he returned home that morning. So they both should be commended.

We used Koenig's mobile maintenance this year because we didn't get our lawn tractor in for service in time. Very professional service and technician but be prepared for a little sticker shock. Next year we'll try not to forget to use the off-season!!
