Been buying off road diesel fuel from them for a while now. I just pick it up myself at their location 200gal transfer tank. Always the best price around for pickup and always very friendly and hassle free.

We always seem to run out of oil (heat) on the coldest day of the year… and it’s always on a weekend. We woke up freezing Saturday morning and I called Germantown Oil. They came within an hour and had our heat back on in no time. They are friendly and professional. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!!

We moved into a home that has heating oil in September of 2015. Our landlord who lived here for 2 years before us bought oil from this company so we went with company for our first 2 fill ups. This being the third winter, they did not show up when they were supposed to. They blamed it it on us when we ordered a fill up in October 2017....plenty of time to get our oil when the rates are low and not a busy season. . Oil is oil but customer service is what matters. I missed a full day of work to be home when they said they would be at my house. They did not try to make it right. I will never deal with this company again.
