If you are an anxious pet owner : take them to this place! They will take good care of you & your fur babies! I've taken my kittens there two times & each time they have been so kind and thorough with their exams. You can tell that they really care about their patients and most importantly they really listen to you! I'm so glad that I decided to take them here! It is conveniently located & it is close to home! Thank you guys again!

My dog has severe anxiety. The vet and tech both took the time to make her and I comfortable. They were kind and patient. They prescribed the need medication as well as follow up. The also took the time to make sure there was no additional stress for my girl. I would highly recommend

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 weeks, and have had no luck, can't even return a phone call. We used to take our dogs here, but moved out of town, now we are back in town, and no one will answer the phone or return calls, so we are going somewhere else.

Every time I take my dogs here I feel that they are in great safe hands. I'm thankful for this practice. I've had two pets in their care for more than ten years, and can't imagine not having them as my pets caretakers.

Dr. Wood is fantastic, honestly one of the best veterinarians I have ever been to.Unfortunately, the supporting staff here is lacking. We'll tell them something, and then Dr. Wood comes in for the appt and will say the staff told her something completely different. One of the front desk staff members is extremely rude, but the rest are extremely nice.Twice now I have come in for an appointment after getting a reminder email/text a week in advance of my appointment, only for staff to tell me my appointment is on a different day after I come in. Even though I also have a calendar item that matches my email and checked the night before. After I get in the car and look, the date in PetDesk has changed. How does this even happen?

Very friendly staff and the Vet was thorough, friendly and informative. I felt welcomed and wasn't rushed through. Everything was super clean and smelled good. Will definitely be returning.

We took our 2 year old cat here to be spayed. We received a phone call 3 hours after she was dropped off informing us that our cat was “lost” we went to the vets office to help locate her and was then informed that she was given a shot of anesthesia then she jumped off the table onto the floor and out of an open door in the surgery room. The vet informed us that the door was mistakenly left open “negligence” and she “should be around here somewhere and is probably asleep from the anesthesia.” I then ask if she should have oxygen under anesthesia and the vet said “it’s not always necessary, I don’t know how she is laying since we can’t find her.” 3 hours pass by of us worrying over our family cat possibly deceased from lack of oxygen and neglect on the vet’s part. Our 11 year old daughter in severe emotional distress and the vets office operating as normal. We finally got a call back that she had been located “in the one place we didn’t look” under the receptionist desk.Upon arrival back our cat was covered in urine and scared out of her mind. This situation could have been avoided if simple precautions were taken. “Close the door to the surgery room.”
