Ordered an 8 x 8 wall tile and the picture was fine but according to the instructions there was supposed to be a spiral disc mount so that it might be mounted to the wall and it wasn't in the box. Went back to the Germantown CVS and it took about 10 minutes to find someone to wait on me she couldn't understand what I needed. Another customer was in there and she indicated that there is hardly ever anyone available at the register.

Horrible customer service! This place has the most rude Pharmacy Tech I have ever encountered! If you’re that miserable, change careers.

Every month there is a problem and I have to call and get them to override something in order to process my refills. This is the system's fault, not the people who work there. The last straw was last night, I went and sat for about 10 minutes. Finally, I decided to hit the call button and felt bad doing so. The pharmacist herself came to the window and was the rudest person I've interacted with in a long time. Her stare was cold and she acted like waiting on me was the last thing in the world she wanted to do. I thanked her at the end and her response was a harsh, "Ya, sure" and she shut the window. I'm finally done and have moved to a different pharmacy.

Do not expect even the most basic level of customer service, compassion, or any willingness to fulfill even the most basic pharmacist duties from the pharmacy staff here, specifically Darby. Take your business somewhere that actually wants you as a customer instead of financially supporting lazy, entitled work ethics.

I love having a pharmacy only a few minutes from my house and come here quite often. It is never very crowded and I am able to get what I need and get out quickly. I do like that they put a self checkout station in so you never have to wait for a cashier. The only thing I don't love about this CVS is their automated texting and calling system is often messed up. I have gotten multiple calls and texts letting me know that my photo order is ready even though I haven't placed any orders in months. I have stopped in a few times just to check and they always say that is sometimes just sends a mass update to anyone in the system. On the flip side, I have had to wait multiple days because they are suppose to text me when a prescription is ready and I haven't gotten anything. I go in after a few days and they say yea it is ready. It's nothing more than a hassle, but can still get a little confusing and frustrating.

Area CVS Stores have a bad habit of having higher in-store prices than are posted on-line. Not exactly a high cost-of-living area. I guess one should order on-line for pickup at store.

Do not use this pharmacy. I went there at around 4:00 on Monday January the 16th to pick up a prescription for my wife. The pharmacy tech was very curt when I told her the name of the prescribing doctor and said "We have no way of knowing which Dr prescribed what" and then demanded to know the name of the medication. When I explained that I didn't know the exact name, she said "Well you need to find out!" I called my wife and got the name and when I repeated it to the tech, she turned and walked away without saying anything. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes but no one called my name so I went back to the counter. I stood there for an additional 15 minutes more before another tech asked what I wanted. She immediately pulled the medicine out of a tote near the counter I had been standing close by and no one went near that tote which meant the order had been waiting there for some time. This tech was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman who did not have a mask, telling him to get behind the barrier in an angry tone of voice. This was ironic as the station where the sanitizer was kept had only an empty box of sanitary wipes I also witnessed the first tech pick up the phone (which had been ringing for some time) and slam it back down in the cradle, hanging up on the person at the other end. My wife had just had an incident earlier in the week when she mislaid a bag of things she had purchased from the store. After searching for it she called and spoke to the manager (Brad or something) and asked if anyone had found it. He asked if she had a receipt then wanted to know the exact time of the transaction. He told her he could pull up the camera footage and see if she had left a bag behind. He assured her that he would watch the footage and call her back. About two hours later we found the bag and she immediately called the store to save the manager the trouble of accessing the footage. When she told him she had found the bag he said "That's what I thought" and it was obvious that not only had he not checked the footage, but that he never intended to.

Every time I need to go to the pharmacy area the staff are extremely rude. I do not go often as it is on my way home from running. Today once again, rude. It’s like you are a big inconvenience to them. They clearly do not want to be there and they make it well known. From here on out I will move on past and get elsewhere.

I arrived right before closing to drop off a script and they filled it for me minutes before closing and they didn’t have to do that for me at all. Very appreciate of the pharmacy staff.

absolutely terrible. They make it very clear that they do not care if you get your medicine. My doctor called in medicine at 9am and for whatever reason they still haven’t filled it and just keeps saying it’s pending and they close at 6 o’clock so I guess I’m just not getting my medicine.. absolutely terrible service. No communication. I typically go to Germantown pharmacy because of past experiences & I will never again send a prescription to CVS I’d drive three hours away before I do that.

My favorite CVS in this area. The pharmacist and techs are always friendly and front staff does the best they can with what they are given. The whole world is short staffed right now so a little compassion goes a long way for people who have been worked like dogs through a pandemic.

Stood at the front of the pharmacy for over 5 min an wasn't even acknowledge. The 2 employees didn't even bother to say one min.... But when a car goes up to the drive-thru they both stopped for that. Turned around found an employee in the store and got helped faster. That's just poor customer service I mean really how long would I've had to stand there?!

I don’t know how they stay in business. Numerous times over the past 6 months they have texted me saying that my scripts are ready to be picked up and when I get there, not only are they not filled but they don’t even have the meds to fill them despite the scripts having sat at the pharmacy for 5-7 day!! Unbelievable.. Then they direct me to another pharmacy. Really? after waiting for 5 days and being sent texts that it’s ready ? This has happened 3 times just in the past 3 months. I have went without my meds 3 times for 5-7 days just within the past 3 months and other times prior, Is this for real a licensed pharmacy?
