Edit for Debra (truck owner) - this is my final review for my blue dodge truck that was in Rick's shop for 23 months, after the last failed promise of having it done September 30th 2024 he said he'd have it finished but hadn't touched it since I last saw it in August. All he managed to do on my truck in that amount of time was replace the 2 rocker panels and one of which he glued. He worked some on the fender and stripped parts off my truck and that's all he did in 2 years. I was able to get help and pulled my truck out in October and took it to a better place where it is now being worked on. Rick gave me a little bit of money back from the deposit I paid him but I'm out about $2,500 that he should have refunded me.
Let me start by saying, Rick does do good work. The quality of his work isn't the problem, the problem is that he has seemingly taken advantage of my grandmother. Rick has had my grandmother's truck since January 2023 and was SUPPOSED to have it completed by April/May 2023 but here we are, halfway into April 2024 and Rick still has barely done anything to this truck. Actually, the truck looks worse now than when it went in. Not only has he had her truck for over a year but she's already paid him for half the work (thousands, I was there to see it). Her truck has now become a storage container for parts to other vehicles around his shop, damaging it more than it was before being taken to him to REPAIR. All we want is for you to complete the work you were hired to do and return her truck as you should've a year ago. The excuses are running out.

The below reply from the owner is proof enough of the terrible customer service the owner has. Unless you have months to wait and don’t mind the owner illegally breeching contract I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. After months the vehicle is now in a more reputable shop and the repairs that were advised were completed are now being completed. The owner is disrespectful to women and complaints have been made to the better business bureau and the Ohio attorney general. The owner also deletes bad reviews also proof of the shady business practices.

The way this man has spoke to my family member is beyond comprehension. I would never recommend this place. View Elexis comment to see how this man speaks to young girls all because he doesn’t know how to fix a car- his replies blaming her because of her financials is absolutely unethical and the worst move you could make as a business owner. Shameful and disgusting.

Hired rick to do a job in april car sat for months looking worse than what it was dropped off at paid all the $8500 and was told it would be done in 3 weeks (september) started calling and asking for updates daily at the end of november cause the car still wasn’t done and rick kept giving bull crap excuses i got told if i called one more time he will back the car out and be done with it. Picked the car up end of november front passenger headlight still doesn’t work and after taking it to a more reputable body shop control arm needs replaced and a rod on the passenger side also needs replaced. called to confront work that was not properly fixed and was told i was lying after leaving a facebook review i received an even nastier phone call. sometimes people can’t handle the truth. do not hire this disgusting person to do any service.

My dad (Jim M) wrecked his truck, and these guys did the body work repairs. He couldn't figure out how to leave a Google review, but was so impressed with both the quality of work and the level of customer service he received here, that he called me and asked me to relay his sentiments. They were super reasonably priced, friendly, professional, and had a really quick turn around. He was really impressed with the honest communication, and hopes to be able to buy the guy a beer sometime in the near future. This is the 1st time he has ever asked me to do something like this, and that in itself really says something about the quality of workmanship and service found at this business. Great guy. Very personable and educated on bodywork and paint. Had two doors replaced on my truck. He found two new ones within two days. Then the most important thing. He had the truck painted and back to me within 2 1/2 weeks. The paint matched perfectly with the rest of the truck. Will return there any time I need paint for my vehicles. And will recommend him to all my friends and anyone else.
