receptionists answering the phones rude and obviously not trained on their own phone system. also called to pay my propane bill, they took down my card info and said they would run it later when their lady is back in office to do it, well they never ran it and i got a late bill of course. slow delivery for propane so be prepared to wait a week.

Customer service is not great. They offer very limited services no auto fill option or easy type of payment plan. No online payment option. Switching to a new provider this season.

You order gas they take your money over 7 days later still no gas. Horrible company. Do not recommend

Cash ONLY, ok fine but not open on Saturday, that's a waste. You already keep bank hours, at least keep them on Saturday too. 3rd time they were a letdown.

Have been waiting on propane for six days completely out ordered Monday Saturday still no propane after we called several times and said it would be delivered Saturday will see other propane suppliers

I have been a customer since 2016 and have never had a problem. The lady who answers the phone is extremely nice and very efficient with her job. I highly recommend getting your propane from here.
