Great experience with Service repairing our RTV900. We were treated with kindness and respect that our business truly mattered. We are new to the area and have been a Kubota family since 2002. We own 5 pieces of Kubota equipment that we have purchased in MD, MI and in the future here in OH. I have another dealer only 7 miles away and Bane is 20. I vote with my dollar and highly recommend this dealer over others. Customer service matters! We have more to come your way. You have earned another customer. Thank you!

I wouldn’t trust or believe one thing told by this company based on my recent singular and last experience with them. It’s very unfortunate that I’d feel it necessary to make this statement too as the salesman did seem like a good honest guy. I suppose if a salesman didn’t seem that way he’d be short lived in that business though. I’m a honest guy, what I say is just what it is, I expect and take for granite the people I deal with are the same. Unfortunately I’ve learned you can’t trust people and they don’t deal with you the way you would deal with them. I had hoped my purchase was a simple oversight of the existing problems however at this point and with the constantly mounting problems I’d certainly doubt that to be the case. Anyone can have an issue or even two with a purchase of something that was supposed to be in perfect condition, can’t hardly believe there could be countless problems with every aspect of machine and seller be oblivious to them all. I got took be intent.

Thought highly of the place when it was The Equipment Store. Since changing hands service isn't what it was. They post their hours on their website but don't count on it being accurate. They close on a whim. I went in on a Saturday to get parts and oil for our Kubota and the store was closed. On the front door it said they were open until 3pm however when I arrived at 2pm they were closed. That's lousy business practice.

I'm given this place a 1 because I have to, to give a review.I bought a tractor from this place. The salesman that sold the tractor to us supposidly was fired and they had no clue who he sold the tractor to until I made my first payment. I was told I had bumper to bumper insurance on this tractor in case something went wrong. Well the transmission went out it within a year of buying. I called for them to pick it up to be fixed in April it is now October and they still have it. My bill is 9,600.00 and guess what I was told the insurance only covers acidents like roll overs. Ok it was under a year so manufacturers warranty should cover it. NO Kubota is refusing to stand by there warranty. They said we did read the owners manual on how to run it. It's a hydrostate forward and backward pedals how can ya mess that up! Well I contacted a attorney to be continued. And also I have not received 1 phone call related to this. I have made all contact.

First, They did not have a record of our merchandise being there when we stopped by to inquire when it would be fixed. We were told Tuesday. Stopped Tuesday, not fixed. We stopped by following Sat. .not done. Told to come back following tuesday, still not fixed. Shouuld have been a 30 minute job, they had it 3 weeks and still not repaired. S l o w and not organized friendly peeps.
