They have refused to deliver packages...did not even put them on the truck. They reported that my mailbox was full before they even left the post office.

Lady on the other end was extremely nice and helped answer my questions and help find a package that I was looking for.

Apparently all the letter carriers keep quitting. So whenever I'm expecting a package, I watch the person out delivering walk right past my house, then see that the package has been scanned as "undeliverable". This generally happens for two days, then I have to go pick it up in person. Junk mail gets delivered without an issue though. Go figure.

My Amazon packages were supposed to be delivered to my girlfriend's house on a Saturday. The post carrier said that his supervisor didn't scan them in and that they were sitting in the post office. I would have paid extra to have UPS or FedEx deliver my packages if thats the case.

I have lived in a number of small towns and Genoa's USPS service is by far the worst. If it gets to be after about 2:30-3 in the afternoon and you haven't received your mail, you can pretty much mark it down you won't be getting it. We have signed up for alerts of what is to be delivered and routinely do not receive it as scheduled.
