Great experience with Baumann Ford Genoa. Brian Gentry listened to our needs and found several options for us. He was able to get a couple of cars from other baumann lots for us on short notice and even offered to have them dropped off at our house. No pressure from Brian at all and RJ was great answering all of our questions and walking thorough options for us as we signed paperwork.

Service is terrible. Techs lie about their work. Must be double checked to see what they have done. They sell service packages that their tech department tries to not even honor. Absolutely horrible.
