Outstanding experience and customer service! My son had brain surgery and is recuperating at my home. I needed an adjustable bed immediately for his comfort, support and healing. Brit and Rachel helped me find a wonderful bed that was immediately available. The delivery guys showed up early the next morning. They customized the bed set up to meet my son’s needs. Thanks to the entire Samsen’s team! You have secured a returning customer for many years to come.

We have always bought our furniture from Samsen’s we just purchased a mattress our sales person was Julie.She was not pushy at all.Very helpful and kind !! We have a couple furniture stores near our home but always use Samsen’s.We would highly recommend and a huge thank you to Julie !! We even came back a couple day’s later and purchased a picture as a gift for our daughter.Please pass this on to Julie !!

My husband and I purchased a couch and 2 chairs from Samsen. We worked with Vicky James, who was patient and extremely helpful in finding the style and fabric that suited our needs. We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Samsen over the last 20+ years and have always been satisfied.

Update to owners reply..Yes my husband was offered a different conditioner and protector but they wanted to charge him so he declined.I have spent thousands of dollars along with referring family and friends here for furniture. I will never shop here again or suggest anyone shop here! I bought insurance on my leather furniture. With this insurance package, we were promised refills of the leather conditioner and protectant. Well, went to get that promised 1st refill and they no longer do that. How convenient for them! What a waste of money!!!

I have been shopping at Samsens for 30 years and always happy. Last April I ordered a couch and because of CoVid was told it wouldn’t be in until December or January. It’s now June and couch is still not here. I believe I am entitled to a discount for waiting so long. Samsens refuses and when I went to cancel my order they said they would have to charge me a restocking fee. The days of treating loyal customers well are gone…. Atleast at Samsens.And I will add that the chair I ordered from lazy boy took one year to get and they gave it to me for 50% off. I will not go back to Samsens. Lazy Boy you will be the only place I buy furniture in the future.
