“My dog Abby was having some issues with her skin and some other random symptoms that caused concern. I used to go to another vet and had a bad experience and was afraid to switch to a new place and admittingly waited too long but finally bit the bullet and tried out Geneva Vet. Dr.Miller is so thorough and understanding ! I have never received this level of professionalism and compassion from a vet before so we will definitely keep going. I even got a call late one night after hours from her just assuring me that Abby would be okay and she is on the path to recovery after her Lyme diagnosis and treatment plan . Definitely recommend!”

“My daughter lives in jonesboro ark.( she just moved down there in July) she had an emergency over the weekend with my granddog. Their dog Tucker was not acting right and they couldn't find anyone down there to look at him without it costing $700-$1000 and most of the vets were not seeing new animals not even in an emergency . My daughter and her fiance came all the way up here from jonesboro and it was a saturday morning and they tried holden and they couldnt get him in so.i called pleasant hill animal clinic and they got my granddog in that day. They ran blood work and gave daughter medicine for him. They were really good with my granddog and unfortunately there were other issues he had that he had to go back for on Monday. They had to have him.put down but the staff there was so good to my daughter and son in law and they were so comforting and understanding. I will highly recommend this place”

“We started bringing our cat to VCA several years ago. When we adopted our dog, VCA was not included in the “coupon” we were given (out of county of adoption). I called and asked if, since our cat sees Dr. Halas, perhaps she would honor the coupon for our new dog too but acknowledged I totally understood if not. Staff said they would check and get back to me. Within minutes, I received a call back that Dr. Halas was glad to honor the coupon. Since then, we have always been able or get an appointment quickly - scheduled ahead or in a pinch - and have always been treated kindly and professionally by Dr. Halas and staff.”
