I followed by the name of Sam when I came in was very polite and nice and he showed me how to reset my phone because it had died on me. I have never had such good service in the store in a long time. I'm very pleased with the service that was given me.

Dave was amazing help! I had a rough day with phone calls to verizon and visiting my local store when I finally went to the Geneva location... He helped me tremendously! Was able to get me set up on a new line with a phone that suited my needs very quickly. Will definitely go out of my way to this store from now on! ♡

Walked in without an appointment to ask a few questions about the service and products. The employees were so respectful and helpful. Sam was especially knowledgable on the technology aspect of the products. I believe the other employee was training, but was still helpful and seemed to be learning quickly. Thanks for the wonderful service, will be back.
