I've tried using them as a ups drop off for returns multiple times. Staff without fail finds reasons to not accept. Save yourself time and avoid them. Not sure why they are listed as a drop off site.

By far one of the largest selections of "hardware store" items that I've ever been impressed by. Hardware stores like this one are an iconic establishment that are sadly slowly fading away. Staff is very nice and friendly, always prompt to point you right to what you're looking for.
