Call twice left two messages trying to get fuel delivered no call back doesn't seem like good

I called them in the morning, and they came a few hours later. Talk about prompt.

They have been very prompt for me on home heating oil delivery. I call during the day and they’re there the next day. Only the first time they delivered was there an issue. They didn’t have the right size wrench for my filler cap. I did and rhet got it filled. After that, I’ve never had an issue in 4 years.
