MAKE sure you talk them down off the high prices. Hard to work with to get things fixed by the back yard style mechanic down the road. We ended up buying a money trap from them. Whatever its been a few years and I forgot till we passed by looking for a used car for a 18 year old and it reminded me.

I had the best time therr we were originally looking for a desk for our home office and found alot more and came home with alot even the desk and we are planning on going back ,we love the store and the lady that runs it she is super sweet and nice ,it's definitely a place I would recommend, thank you Kate and John Bernardini

Geneva Furniture is a used furniture and other goods store. I loved just looking at all the different items she had. The furniture is clean and well made just as good as some of the new furniture made these days.

Made a deal came back the next day and the woman owner changed her mind on the price. Don't do business with this place or get everything in writing. Dishonest!

They have a lot of things to look at,and alot of nice household things,but not willing to deal.I would think that their customers are few and far between during this pandemic. I would have purchased a dresser if she would have come down a little.

Gently used furniture, had exactly what I was looking for. Many beautiful items for your home. I have lived in Geneva for 40 years this is the first time I have visited this shop I was genuinely surprised at the quality of the items in the shop!

Buyer beware!!!! We purchased a brand new double oven which we had to wait for receipt and delivery of (understandable) however it was delivered (extra charge) on August 7th and we paid additional for the gas hook up - the bottom oven stopped working after one use and the top oven was dead by August 10th - 3 days after delivery...when the store got back to us they advised they do not have a service department and to contact GE directly for service - that was August 12th. Today I contacted them again as the GE service tech company never came out and asked how they were going to correct this - and was referred to GE. I informed him I was within my 30 days in the state of Ohio to return this defective product and asked when they would be retrieving this merchandise and refunding our monies. Crickets...and then stated that would not happen. As I advised him my next call will be BBB and the State Atty General - I would steer clear from this place (sad too because we prefer to spend our hard earned money with small businesses) but I expect them to treat customers better too. Try Lowe's, Menards or Home Depot less personable but vastly better customer service. I asked to hear by 2pm - figured two plus weeks without a stove during a pandemic was reasonable - considering I spoke to Dennis at 1130am - its now 936pm and never even the courtesy of a return call. This is why ppl choose largw corporate stores over small businesses...
