Amazing team. In June 2007 our Family house caught on fire. Our life was upside down. Our property insurance was through Crawford. We had a hotel room that night, and a rental house while our home was rebuilt. I remember the claims process with the plan Crawford got us was so fast I was at BAND practice at memorial 3 hours after the police department gave the all clear.So naturally, it’s my time to buy a house. I call up Mr. James Santiago- first words out of his mouth are “how’s your family?”. That’s the atmosphere here. Now usually, at a place like that, you pay extra for some broker to put your cookie cutter templates in and spit out a $2000 per year quote, wait 10 years for your escrow to kick in, and then the quotes wrong anyway. James Santiago not only got more comprehensive coverage than the competitors (quoting me $2600 a year) he nearly halved it. I got the quote at 3:37 pm. I had a policy paid for by 5:00 pm. The whole team knocks it out of the park (my team was James and Brittany, and they rock). For my family and myself, it’s been over 30 years with Crawford and we won’t ever consider another option. Jim Santiago cares for this town as if you’re his own family, and it shows when he looks at your expenses and treats quotes like it’s his own money being spent. Beyond pleased. And I don’t only recommend all my friends and family to see Mr. Santiago, all of us already do. Even if you just want to shop around, this is the place to go.

I have been a customer since the 1970 or 1971. I love seeing the same faces for years. So friendly and like family. Best prices and great advice on plans. When some thing happens, they take care of you and get right on it. We have never been disappointed in this business.

My name is Karen Hoffman. I have been a customer of Crawford Insurance for the last year and a half. James Santiago is my agent. In all the years that I have had insurance, I have never had an agent take such good care of all my needs for myself and my family. My son hit a deer a few months ago. The first phone call, after knowing my son was ok, was to James asking him what do I do first. He walked me through everythining and made sure everything was handled. The comfort and trust I have in him is immense. He takes care of my auto, renters and will soon be taking care of my life insurance. I will not deal with anyone else. I am truly grateful to have found him and actually consider him a friend.
