“The people at this store are extremely nice and helpful. I had issues with some carolina boots I bought. They contracted carolina for me and helped me through the whole process. Even after a second pair of Carolina Boots failed they again helped me worked with me to find a pair of boots that would fit and had all the features needed for my job. I cannot recommend this store enough, it is very hard to find people that actually care and are generally good nice people that want to help.I should also add I typically do not review things. That's how happy impressed I was with the service here”

They were very sweet and kind and even price matched an item that was cheaper on their website, so I could buy it on the online value!”

“Got some shoes for Christmas and couldn’t return them cause I was sick call them to exchange them for the same kind and was told I couldn’t exchange them for a bigger size so now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that I can’t fit their exchange policy sucks if it’s a gift we could be able to exchange them.Update: I got into contact with the owner and he was very helpful and let me exchange the shoes for a bigger size. The transaction went smoothly and I was in and out. The store was nice and clean smell good the sales associate was very helpful to will be going back to buy more shoes from them”

I also asked about a blue and green floral dress that I had seen online. She said it was online only but they happened to have one that had been returned. She got it for me and I tried it on and it worked! She was very kind and friendly. I was hesitant to try it on originally as it wasn't the typical size I wear but she was so tactful in saying that if I tried it on, she could then suggest the size that would work.
